A limited number of bedrooms has been reserved for IPBC delegates for the nights of 24th and 25th June 2012 at the hotels detailed below. To avail of the special rates, bookings must be made through Judy Lane Consulting and not directly with the hotels.
Hotel Cascais Miragem (Congress venue)
The 5* Hotel Cascais Miragem has a beach-front location, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, and is situated between the coastal towns of Cascais and Estoril, only 25 minutes’ drive from Lisbon’s international airport. The welcome reception and all working sessions will take place here.

Rate includes breakfast, tax and internet access. (Please note that on 25th and 26th June breakfast must be taken in the Galeria (IPBC Exhibition area) or an additional charge will be made by the hotel.)

Pousada de Cascais – Fortaleza de Cidadela
Located within a 20 minute stroll along the boardwalk from the Congress venue is the 16th Century fortress – the Citadel of Cascais - reinvented as a 5* hotel whilst retaining many of the original features of this historic landmark. Opened in March 2012 this property is a member of “The Leading Hotels of the World”.

Hotel Albatroz

Cancellation/amendment terms and conditions
All cancellations/amendments should be made in writing to office@judylaneconsulting.com. Our policy is to respond by email confirming receipt of your cancellation/amendment – if this is not received, please telephone +44 (0)1202 699 488. We will make every effort to re-sell the cancelled room nights to another IPBC delegate; if we cannot, the following penalty will apply.
From 23rd May 2012, the room rate plus tax for the room nights cancelled (partial or full cancellation) will be charged to the credit card number provided as the guarantee. This penalty will also apply to “no-shows”. If your reservation is made either on or after 23rd May, the cancellation terms will be in force as soon as we confirm your reservation.
